The vision of N2Health is to see our residents, families and elders healthy and with access to comprehensive and competent health services in the Northern Neck region. Our organizational goal is directly linked to this vision.  We are working to build and sustain an infrastructure to: 1) reduce the disparities in health risk factors and outcomes for all residents of the Northern Neck; 2) improve residents’ health literacy and 3) improve residents’ access to quality health services in the region. The organization is governed by a 13-person Board of Directors which consists of local leaders, business persons, health providers and patients. The Board also receives support from a Professional Advisory Committee and a Community Advisory Committee with faith leaders and representatives from each of the four counties. The Board activities managed by Ms. Daisy Burrell Chairperson with support of the Executive Assistant – Audrey Ashton. Board Member, Harold Blackwell is the Administrator for Project Activities. Projects are managed by graduate level professionals with backgrounds in the public health and social science fields.
